6. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are sold:

• Cancellation is allowed before the order is shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

• Refunds for damaged or incorrect products must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
