No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.

Appointments may be rescheduled once without additional charges if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur additional charges or be declined.
Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

Cancellation within the eligible cancellation window
Service not delivered due to provider unavailability
Refunds will not be issued for:

No-shows

If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation is allowed before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds for damaged or incorrect products must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
